Yoga ball exercises support mothers-to-be along their journey towards giving birth. There are countless exercises to strengthen the core. Having strong core muscles leads to better posture and less back pain. Balance exercises also increase hip flexibility - and there’s no time when your hips will need to be more flexible than when giving birth! Yoga balls have even been used for hip opening as a way to naturally induce labor.

Making time for a daily workout practice gives pregnant women more opportunity to bond with their babies. This is also a great way to get to know and build confidence in your body before the big day.
